No Refunds: We recommend that users try the free Demo Model before subscribing to the real model. In this way users will be able to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the model and therefore no refunds will be given.

Warranty: If you have any trouble using OfficeSpaceModel please email us and explain the problem. In the unlikely event that you are unable to operate the model to your satisfaction (e.g. if our server goes down) we will upon request, and at no additional cost, extend your subscription period to cover the time that you have not been able to operate the system. Whilst we endeavour to provide uninterrupted service, we accept no responsibility for any losses.
